Exchange & Return Policy
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase or receiving the hair if purchased online.
Refunds are not permitted on customized wigs eg if coloring, or a specific style which is not on our online list of products was requested by the client.
No refund will be granted on Preorders. This is an order specifically placed upon client’s order and cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a quality or default in the item.
Wig resizing is done for free if requested within 14 days of purchase.
Cost of shipping for exchanges or refunds will be paid by the client.
In the rare event that our product has a fault, we will gladly fix the product or do an exchange if reported and returned to us within 14 days.
Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. Order Processing
Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Preorder products will be shipped in 10-15 business days. Orders readily available will be shipped in 3-5 business days. During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 10-15 business days.
Shipping Policy
All orders within South Africa are shipped via Aramex. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. The San HD reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
Errors and Shipment Delays
We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of products.
